Interested in modifying your property? Here's how:
1. Please review the neighborhood rules and regulations.
2. Design your improvement within these guidelines AND The City of Seabrook guidelines.
3. Obtain your city permit FIRST.
4. Send your city permit and a completed Home Improvement Application into the Architectual Review Board (ARC) via eMail or postal mail to:
